Tracy was born and raised in South Carolina.  She graduated from high school and college in South Carolina.  She studied special education and history for her undergraduate degree and received a M. Ed. in Special Education.  She taught students with disabilities in SC, NC, and WA.  

Tracy joined the Woman’s Club of Rock Hill (SC) on April 27, 2021 and was appointed the communications chairman.  Through her work as communications chairman for WCRH, she redesigned the WCRH website and earned the Category 3 award for GFWC-SC Website Contest in 2023 and 2024 AND 3rd place in the GFWC International website for the 2023 club year.   Additionally, she was recording secretary, corresponding secretary, and held other chairmanships as well while she was a part of the club.  Tracy was awarded Volunteer of the Year by the Woman’s Club of Rock Hill in April 2024.  

In addition to her work in her club, Tracy served GFWC-SC as the Communications and Public Relations Chairman (May 2022 - July 2025)  and created the content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.  She attended GFWC-SC LEADS in February 2022, and served on the GFWC-SC LEADS 2023 and LEADS 2024 committees, presenting on the use of technology to improve systems in clubs. During the 2025 GFWC Annual Convention in Atlanta, GFWC-South Carolina won for Communications and Public Relations in Category 2, of which Tracy was the chairman.  

After moving to Tacoma in 2025, Tracy joined the GFWC Chambers Bay Women’s Club.  Additionally, in December 2025, Tracy formed the GFWC DuPont Community Hive in DuPont, WA.  For the 2026-2028 Administration, Tracy is the GFWC-WS Communications Chairman and the GFWC-WS Newsletter Chairman.  She is also the Vice-President of Chamber’s Bay Women’s Club, President of the newly formed DuPont Community Hive.  She is the Secretary for the GFWC-WS Peninsula District and serves on the GFWC Western State Region Communications Committee.  

When she is not teaching or fulfilling her volunteering responsibilities, Tracy is an avid yoga enthusiast and avid reader.  Her yoga practice is what brought her into her volunteer work.
